A "set it and forget it" breakfast that delivers the Algae Glow.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • Topping: fresh fruit and 1 tsp Chalé Spirulina Sprinkles


Instructions:

  1. In a jar, mix the chia seeds, milk, and sweetener.

  2. Shake well and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  3. In the morning, stir the pudding and top with fresh fruit.

  4. Add the spirulina sprinkles last for a "finishing touch" and extra minerals.
