Overnight Chia Pudding

A "set it and forget it" breakfast that delivers the Algae Glow.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Topping: fresh fruit and 1 tsp Chalé Spirulina Sprinkles
Instructions:
In a jar, mix the chia seeds, milk, and sweetener.
Shake well and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir the pudding and top with fresh fruit.
Add the spirulina sprinkles last for a "finishing touch" and extra minerals.
