Kumasi Crunch Salad

A light and refreshing salad that highlights the unique texture of spirulina sprinkles.
Ingredients
2 cups mixed greens and/or arugula
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup walnuts, crushed
50g soft goat cheese (optional)
A generous tablespoon of Chalé Spirulina Sprinkles
Simple vinaigrette (olive oil and balsamic)
Instructions
Toss the greens, tomatoes, and walnuts in a large bowl with the vinaigrette.
Top with crumbled goat cheese.
Just before serving, scatter the spirulina sprinkles over the top to maintain their "lightly crunchy" texture.
